Inside Heavenly Heights, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cabin features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, giving everyone their own space. Head downstairs to enjoy a swim in the heated indoor pool or spend time in the game room with arcade games and a pool table. The home theater includes 10 chairs arranged in two rows of five—perfect for movie nights with the whole crew. This property shares access to a community deck. This space is not included with your rental for private events like dinners, receptions, or celebrations, but it may be reserved separately upon request for a fee. Unauthorized use of the shared deck for events is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property without refund and charge of a $500 fee. While there's plenty to explore nearby, the peaceful, private setting with mountain views makes it just as easy to stay in and enjoy the quiet. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here. ACCESS For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property. TRANSIT Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, which encompasses the inviting fire-pit area complete with comfortable chairs outside, as well as the relaxing Hot Tub situated on the back deck. Additionally, guests are free to come and go as they please without any inconvenience or restrictions. Please be aware that accessing this property involves driving up a mountain road. While the effort is well worth it for the incredible views, it is important to note that the drive takes approximately 15 minutes up the mountain. While 4WD/AWD is not mandatory, it is highly recommended for a smoother and more secure journey. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience. Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time. Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather. HOUSE RULES & POLICIES Booking Confirmation Procedure: Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.” • Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#) • Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation • Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed) • No parties/fraternity groups allowed. • Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation. Heated Indoor Pool: Our cabin features a private indoor pool that is heated for your enjoyment. The pool's temperature is carefully maintained between 82 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time. Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property. Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog-friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet-friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you! Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain an uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours. Community Deck: Please note that all Bluff Mountain properties share access to a community deck. This space is not included with your rental for private events like dinners, receptions, or celebrations, but it may be reserved separately upon request for a fee. Our stay was good. We had a good time. The pool was a waste. It was cold the whole stay. If you think it’s gonna be warm, well it’s not. My grandkids could not even get in it. Just a note to the owner if you gonna list a heated pool make sure it’s gonna be comfortable for elder and kids. Very disappointed about this. Also they will turn the heater down on you as soon as you turn it up on the inside of the house.

Fun cabin, all the amenities were used and amazing. The hike up the mountain was very far up and we tried to get back up before dark due to dark , winding roads. During foggy nights it was really hard to see up the mountains. Overall peaceful and beautiful views.
