This cabin includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, private indoor pool with mountain views, private decks, and a hot tub. Guests can enjoy a movie in the private theater, play pool or arcade games in the game room, or relax by the fire pit. This property shares access to a community deck. This space is not included with your rental for private events like dinners, receptions, or celebrations, but it may be reserved separately upon request for a fee. Unauthorized use of the shared deck for events is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property without refund and charge of a $500 fee. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here. ACCESS For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check-in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property. TRANSIT Please be aware that accessing this property involves driving up a mountain road. While the effort is well worth it for the incredible views, it is important to note that the drive takes approximately 15 minutes up the mountain. While 4WD/AWD is not mandatory, it is highly recommended for a smoother and more secure journey. Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, which encompasses the inviting fire-pit area complete with comfortable chairs outside, as well as the relaxing Hot Tub situated on the back deck. Additionally, guests are free to come and go as they please without any inconvenience or restrictions. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience. Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time. Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather. HOUSE RULES & POLICIES Booking Confirmation Procedure: Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.” • Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#) • Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation • Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed) • No parties/fraternity groups allowed. • Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation. Heated Indoor Pool: Our cabin features a private indoor pool that is heated for your enjoyment. The pool's temperature is carefully maintained between 82 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time. Hot Tub Maintenance: We take hot tub hygiene seriously. After each guest's stay, our hot tubs undergo a thorough cleaning process, including draining, scrubbing, and a meticulous bromine wash. Please keep in mind that after this thorough cleaning, the hot tub may initially be at a lower temperature upon your arrival, as it is refilled with cool water. Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property. Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you! You can't beat this view! The drive up the mountain is soooo worth it. There is something at this house for everyone. My kids enjoyed the pool every day, my husband and brother in law loved playing pool, and my sister in laws and I enjoyed the hottub with the amazing view every night, and my father in law had a fire going every night enjoying the view. We played cornhole, the work outs (for me) on the deck every morning were perfect, the open flow from the kitchen to living made it feel comfortable and not crowded. We all enjoyed staying at this house and I highly recommend staying here. You wont be disappointed especially with the priceless view you have
