Accommodating up to 60 guests for both ceremony and reception, and 40 overnight guests across 12 private bedrooms, this estate is ideal for couples planning a destination micro-wedding with family and close friends. Just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, the property offers both privacy and convenient city access — allowing your guests to enjoy the Smoky Mountains while remaining close to attractions, dining, and entertainment. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Located just a short drive from downtown Pigeon Forge, "E" puts you close to top attractions like Dollywood, the Titanic Museum, and The Island. Enjoy live shows, shopping, and activities that keep the group entertained daily. The cabin is also located close to everything that makes Gatlinburg fun to visit, including Ober Mountain, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. DISTANCES Less than 5 minutes to Dollywood and Splash Country – Enjoy thrilling rides, family-friendly shows, and water attractions just around the corner. 5 minutes to The Island in Pigeon Forge – A family entertainment hub with dining, shops, games, and the iconic observation wheel. 7 minutes to the Ripken Experience – A premier baseball complex hosting tournaments and events year-round. 10 minutes to the Titanic Museum – Step inside a replica of the Titanic and explore interactive exhibits that bring history to life. ACCESS For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check-in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 5 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property. TRANSIT Guests have full access to the property, including the outdoor fire-pit area and the hot tub on the back deck. Enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please without any hassle. This property offers convenient and ample parking with easy access. We recommend a maximum of 8 vehicles for optimal comfort. Although not recommended, it is possible to park up to 12 vehicles if needed. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time. Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather. HOUSE RULES & POLICIES Wedding & Event Use: This rental includes full-day use of the community wedding deck on the day of your event. The deck comes equipped with chairs, tables, and decorative arches for your ceremony and reception. A $500 refundable security deposit is required prior to the event, along with proof of event insurance submitted at least 30 days before your event date. Booking Confirmation Procedure: Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.” • Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#) • Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation • Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed) • Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation. Heated Indoor Pool: Our cabin features a private indoor pool that is heated for your enjoyment. The pool's temperature is carefully maintained between 82 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time. Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property. Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you! Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours. ------- FINE POLICY ------- Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property. Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet. ------- CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW ------- - Check out before 10 AM. - Please leave the bedsheets on the floor by the bed and remember to grab all your belongings. - If the fold-out sofa was used please be sure to take off the sheets and fold the sofa back correctly in its original position. - Please take the trash out to the bear-proof bins outside. If you have any extra trash, kindly place it inside the cabin near the front door, and our cleaning team will remove it after your checkout.
