The Grand Haven by Ghosal Experiences is a premier mountaintop wedding venue with sweeping Smoky Mountain views. The deck can host up to 60 guests for the ceremony & reception. A decorative arch, chairs, and tables are included in our essentials package. Your booking includes two luxury cabins for up to 24 overnight guests, allowing you to host your entire wedding weekend in one private, scenic location. Each cabin combines the comfort of a high-end retreat with the charm of a mountain getaway. You’ll enjoy private indoor pools with views, fully equipped kitchens, home theaters, game rooms, hot tubs, fire pits, and large decks. Need more space? Add up to two more cabins for a total of four, hosting up to 44 overnight guests. Queen Sofa Bed • Sleeping Spaces: 12 THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Located about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, this cabin gives you access to top attractions like The Island, Dollywood, Splash Country, WonderWorks, Dixie Stampede, The Titanic Museum, and Tanger Outlets. While there's plenty to explore nearby, the peaceful, private setting with mountain views makes it just as easy to stay in and enjoy the quiet. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here. ACCESS For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check-in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property. TRANSIT Please be aware that accessing this property involves driving up a mountain road. While the effort is well worth it for the incredible views, it is important to note that the drive takes approximately 15 minutes up the mountain. While 4WD/AWD is not mandatory, it is highly recommended for a smoother and more secure journey. Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, which encompasses the inviting fire-pit area complete with comfortable chairs outside, as well as the relaxing Hot Tub situated on the back deck. Additionally, guests are free to come and go as they please without any inconvenience or restrictions. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time. Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather. HOUSE RULES & POLICIES Wedding & Event Use: This rental includes full-day use of the community wedding deck on the day of your event. The deck comes equipped with chairs, tables, and decorative arches for your ceremony and reception. A $500 refundable security deposit is required prior to the event, along with proof of event insurance submitted at least 30 days before your event date. Booking Confirmation Procedure: Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.” • Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#) • Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation • Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed) • Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation. Heated Indoor Pool: Our cabin features a private indoor pool that is heated for your enjoyment. The pool's temperature is carefully maintained between 82 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay. Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time. Hot Tub Maintenance: We take hot tub hygiene seriously. After each guest's stay, our hot tubs undergo a thorough cleaning process, including draining, scrubbing, and a meticulous bromine wash. This ensures a clean and safe hot tub experience for every guest. Please keep in mind that after this thorough cleaning, the hot tub may initially be at a lower temperature upon your arrival, as it is refilled with cool water. Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. This home is equipped with a noise detector that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, and temperature) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property. Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you! Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours. ------- FINE POLICY ------- Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property. Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet. ------- CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW ------- - Check out before 10 AM. - Please leave the bedsheets on the floor by the bed and remember to grab all your belongings. - If the fold-out sofa was used please be sure to take off the sheets and fold the sofa back correctly in its original position. - Please take the trash out to the bear-proof bins outside.
